The Zentra Living delivery team and construction partners are continuing to work hard to ensure that the development remains on schedule and is being delivered to the highest standards.
The following works have taken place over Q4 2024 and continue to progress into 2025:
Block A & Block B Progression
- Works have continued on the top down construction works to the façade on both blocks
- Block A final gable elevation boarded and EPDM ongoing
- Block B Mirabel street elevation fully sealed and significant progress on masonry brick slip installation
- Block A & B lift shaft capping slabs installed making both lift shafts watertight.
- Block A & B have been successfully completed with all perimeter parapets cast.
- Substation has been successfully installed and is awaiting powering up
- Onsite tower crane has now been dismantled and removed from site allowing better access through the site and subsequent relocation of the site compound & welfare within the site ground floor area
SFS (Structural Framing System) Installation
The SFS installation to both towers is now completed, this providing essential support for walls and façade elements as well as providing a primary barrier against any water ingress into the building whilst in construction.
Glazing
The installation of glazing (windows and glass panels) to both towers with small amounts of mastic sealing to be completed
Interior Partitions & First Fix Boad:
- Interior partitions installed to apartments within both Block A and B have been completed, partitions define individual apartments, rooms, corridors, and common areas
- First fix boards and pattresses installed to level 13 in Block A and completed to Block B. Second side boarded up to level 6 block A and completed to block B
Joinery & Kitchens
- Kitchens installed at level 01, 02 & 03 block A & B and continue to progress up the building
- Main internal and entrance doors install at level 01, 02 & 03 both blocks A & B
Pipe Work Installation
- Kitchens Soil Vent Pipe (SVP) and Rainwater (RW) pipe work installed full height up to the connecting roof top rainwater gullies and SVP’s both Block A & B
- The ensured proper drainage and waste management
First Fix Electric
- Block A first fix electrical work is completed on level 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08.
- Internal cabling for initial electrical connections, apartment internet infrastructure & fire alarms system
Corridor Infrastructure
Block A & B &level 01 to level 09 installations of sprinkler, mains water, and cable trays to corridors.
Show Apartment
- Show apartment marketing suite is now complete
- Includes example finishes, fitted out bathrooms and sample kitchens
