The type of personal information we collect 

We currently collect and process the following information:

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• To enable us to supply you with the services and information which you have requested
• To ensure the content from our website is presented in the most effective manner.
• For internal operations including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research and statistical purposes.

How we store your personal information 

Your information is securely stored on our cloud based system. 

We review our data retention policies regularly and will only keep your personal data as required by law (we may be legally required to hold some forms of information), as set out in any relevant contract we may hold with you or as long as it is necessary to carry out any service or relevant activity. 

For enquiries, we will hold your data for up to two years from the data of the original enquiry.

We have put in place the appropriate measures to protect your information from being lost or accessed in an unauthorised way. We limit access to your personal information to those who have a business need to know and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

All data breaches will be recorded and where legally required we will report the breach to the information commissioners office within 72 hours and where legally required, we will inform the individual whose data is in breach.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
